Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 239 platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, an active phone number, and any other information requested for identity verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. 239 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login details. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately through the provided channels.

239 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID, passport, or other applicable documents) at any time to ensure compliance with its anti-fraud and anti-money laundering policies. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All financial transactions on the 239 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may deposit funds into their accounts using approved payment methods, including online bank transfers, local digital wallets such as TNG eWallet, and other methods listed on the platform. Deposits are typically processed within minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the method used.

For withdrawal requests, 239 reserves the right to require identity verification before approving any transaction. Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the chosen withdrawal method and internal review requirements. 239 will not be liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.

All bonuses, promotional credits, and rewards are subject to minimum wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. The specific conditions for each promotion are stated separately in the respective promotional terms. Users are advised to read those terms before accepting any bonus.

Account Policy, Term Amendments & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

Any balance held in an account closed due to fraud or a terms violation will be forfeited. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
